Chinese High Speed High Precision Vertical Milling Machine for Processing Parts
1.The machine bed, column, spindle box and other key parts are made of Meehaner (dense baking) castings, with stable organization and permanent quality maintenance. Castings through the finite element analysis method of computer calculation analysis, reasonable structural strength and reinforcement of the collocation, to provide high rigidity of the machinery. Casting structure adopts one-piece molding technology, box structure, processing using large five-sided machining machine, a clamping processing completed, the machine tool has high rigidity, high strength, excellent geometric shape accuracy. In addition, in order to prevent deformation after processing, the castings are thoroughly annealed to eliminate internal stress.
2.The base is wide and the column is a triangular box-shaped structure with heavy-duty full support design, and the structure is solid to ensure the heavy-duty capacity during processing.
3.The symmetrical design of left and right, with the weight balance on both sides of the column, can maintain the stability of the machine accuracy.
4.The spindle box is reinforced with ribs, and the spindle box is in contact with the column at a proper length to provide solid support for the spindle.

10.The spindle adopts precision grade angled ball bearing with high speed and high precision, the standard speed can reach 8000rpm. the machine adopts high horsepower spindle motor, when match with higher torque output, high torque motor can be selected.
11.The front end of spindle adopts labyrinth design and has air curtain protection function to effectively prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle and damaging the spindle bearing.
12.The electrical box adopts side hanging design to save space, so that the limited space can be used to the maximum.
