The VX Series Flash Measuring Instruments utilize dual telecentric optical lenses that feature a high depth of field and a large field of view.

Note: Optical non-contact probes are available as line laser probes and spectral confocal displacement probes.
CAD Import Module
CAD import is based on the DXF format, and by reading data information such as dimensional features required for measurement, it is possible to easily create CNC measurement templates even when the workpiece to be measured is not present.

Sub-pixel processing with automatic edge recognition
High-order interpolation, numerical fitting, and other algorithms are used to perform sub-pixel processing of edges to meet high-precision sub-pixel level measurements in a large field of view.
Measurement Software
VisionX software is a professional vision measurement software developed by Zhongtu Instruments with independent intellectual property rights.VisionX is user-friendly, easy to operate, powerful and practical.VisionX software provides up to 80 extraction and analysis tools.Including feature extraction tools, auxiliary tools, labeling tools, special application tools, etc., and can be customized according to the user's own needs, so as to more effectively improve work efficiency.
