Basic Info
CK6150 series CNC horizontal lathe has the characteristics of high precision, high power, high rigidity, etc. Its main components and structures have been optimized and designed, and it is the preferred equipment for processing shaft, disc, sleeve, special surface and screw workpieces.
GSK980TB3 CNC system and full digital AC servo system, both X and Z axes adopt semi closed loop control, the ball screw pair adopts C3 precision ball screw, and the electrical components are imported or domestic well-known brands, which comply with CE or domestic 3C certification.
The machine is equipped with vertical four-station CNC tool holder of famous brand in China, which is characterized by high positioning accuracy, high strength and good anti-vibration performance.
Before leaving the factory, the machine tool shall be inspected in strict accordance with the inspection procedures. Each machine tool shall use a laser interferometer to detect the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of X and Z axes, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the accuracy of the machine tool.

Advantages of machine tools
The machine tool headstock and bed, tailstock, pallet and other joint surfaces are scraped manually. The whole machine is detected by laser interferometer to effectively ensure the Z-axis X axis positioning accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy, reverse clearance and machine tool stability.
The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, and special materials of copper and chromium are added. The quenching depth of the guide rail of the machine tool body reaches 3mm, effectively improving the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
The machine tool adopts centralized lubrication and circulating forced lubrication of the headstock box, which ensures the cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics of the headstock box in response to the hot weather in the south and effectively prolongs the service life of the bearings and gears.
The machine tool spindle adopts Wafangdian bearing, the spindle through-hole is φ 82mm, and the machine tool gear adopts precision grinding, which effectively improves the gear hardness and reduces the machine tool noise.
The machine tool adopts the tip opening ball screw, Z-axis ball screw, and X-axis ball screw adopts the stretching structure, which improves the accuracy of machining the outer circle and inner hole dimensions of the workpiece.

1. Bed.
Flat bed structure, resin sand molding, high quality cast iron casting. The guide rail adopts medium frequency quenching and grinding and plastic molding process, which has good wear resistance and precision retention.
2. Spindle box.
The spindle structure adopts the typical structure of two-point support at the front and rear ends, and the spindle has high rigidity; the bearing adopts the high-precision spindle special bearing of Harbin Bearing Factory, so that the spindle has high rotational accuracy. The main drive is frequency conversion speed control; the main drive gears are hardened and ground, the drive and rolling bearings are lubricated by strong oil, with good high-speed and low-temperature rise performance; the design of the spindle box case takes into full consideration of the heat dissipation measures and vibration-damping mechanism, so that the spindle box has a low noise, high transmission accuracy, machine noise does not exceed the national standard value. The machine is equipped with electrical overload protection device, mechanical overload protection device and emergency stop device to control spindle rotation. The automatic speed change machine type is equipped with external automatic speed change control box.
3. Turning main motion
The main shaft is driven by the variable frequency motor through the V-belt through the speed change mechanism. The variable frequency motor can realize stepless speed regulation through the variable frequency system control. The power of the main shaft motor is AC7.5kw. After careful optimization design, the main transmission system has the characteristics of high transmission accuracy, excellent power torque characteristics, high speed, stable transmission and compact structure.
4. feed movements
Both the transverse (X axis) and longitudinal (Z axis) feed movements are driven by servo motors to realize rapid movement and feed movement of precision ball screw pairs.
The diameter of the X direction screw is 25mm, and the diameter of the Z direction screw is 40mm. The domestic precision ball screw shall be used.
The slide guideway is affixed with a soft plastic belt to prevent crawling, which ensures the machine's positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy.
5. Tailstock.
The design of the machine tailstock takes into account rigidity, load-bearing capacity and ease of use. The jacking method is manual.
6. chucks
The machine tool is equipped with 250mm manual three jaw chuck.
7. centralized lubrication
The centralized lubrication system is adopted to realize the lubrication of each guide rail, ball screw and bearing. The lubrication pump has the functions of working status display and hydraulic monitoring. And can be adjusted at any time oil injection cycle.
