1. What is your product range?
A : We specialized in Vertical Machining Center, CNC Lathe, Milling Machines, Lathes, Drilling Machines, Saws, Shapers and so on.
2:What kind of controllers do you use on machines?
A :Siemens, GSK, Fanuc, Syntec etc. You can choose as your request.
3. What is your trade terms?
A : EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF all acceptable.
4 : How can I choose the most suitable machines ?
A : Please tell me model or technical parameter you need, tell us what you want to do by using CNC machining center, we can provide machine with the best price and quality.
You can also send us product pictures and we will choose the most suitable machine for you.
5: What's the payment terms ?
A : T/T ,30% deposit when order ,70% balance payment before shipment ; Irrevocable LC at sight.
6. What about the after sale service?
We provide one year warranty, if any parts broken, we will send you a new one for free.
7.Before sending me an inquiry on our machine, it is better for you to provide me the following information?
1)Your metal workpiece size. Because in our factory, we have different models according to working area.
2)Your workpiece materials.
Aluminum/Steel/Iron/Titanium Alloy?
3) You also can send us the drawing of your workpiece, so that we can have a moe careful check and give your more accurate suggestions.
