1. Equipped with high precision spindle: Eliminate spindle vibration effectively, The runout accuracy of the spindle positioning surface around than 2 μm. which provides the best workpiece stiffness, concentricity, surface roughness and roundness due to the workpiece clamping closer to the spindle bearing. It can also significantly prolong the service life of the tool. The front end of the spindle is a labyrinth sealing structure with positive air pressure protection to prevent coolant and impurities from entering the spindle. Twin spindle with Y axis driven turret can be from simple to complex one hit machining from raw material to finished parts .less setup time ,complete in one setup .during machining process can be turning ,milling, tapping, drilling, boring , hobbing ,slotting operation . 2. X and Z axis servo motors are directly connected with precision ball screws through flexible couplings with high precision, and the two ends of the screws are fixed, The reinforced bearing support seat and the ball screw are pre-stretched to ensure the rigidity of the transmission and the dimensional stability of the cooling and heating machine. 4. automatic centralized lubrication system to lubricate the screw, guideway and other moving parts through the set oiling interval and oiling duration to ensure the accuracy and easy service of the machine . 5. The spindle mounting with Magnetic ring encoder, which makes the positioning and C-axis indexing more accurate. 6. The 12-station BMT55 driven turret with bidirectional positioning index, short tool change time and high positioning accuracy, which is conducive to improving machining accuracy. The Y-axis 100 MM travel stroke (± 50) off centerline, capable of eccentric milling, drilling and tapping. High torque power turret and servo-driven C-axis are standardly equipped with 4-axis machining ability. 7. The feed system is driven by servo motor with roller screw drive for high precision and wear resistance. 8. The machine is supported by P-class large-size precision heavy-duty roller guideway with strong support rigidity and high guiding accuracy. The machine is fully protected by the outer cover to prevent the cutting fluid from splashing. |
