Product Description

1. Equipped with high precision spindle: Eliminate spindle vibration effectively, The runout accuracy of the spindle positioning surface around than 2 μm. which provides the best workpiece stiffness, concentricity, surface roughness and roundness due to the workpiece clamping closer to the spindle bearing. It can also significantly prolong the service life of the tool. The front end of the spindle is a labyrinth sealing structure with positive air pressure protection to prevent coolant and impurities from entering the spindle.Twin spindle with Y axis driven turret can be from simple to complex one hit machining from raw material to finished parts .less setup time ,complete in one setup .during machining process can be turning ,milling, tapping, drilling, boring , hobbing ,slotting operation .
2. The main castings are made of high-grade cast iron by resin sand casting. Adopting advanced finite element analysis technology, the design structure is reasonable and the layout is optimized. And by aging treatment, it can ensure the long-term machining stability of the performance .
