1. 2. The main castings are made of high-grade cast iron by resin sand casting. Adopting advanced finite element analysis technology, the design structure is reasonable and the layout is optimized. And by aging treatment, it can ensure the long-term machining stability of the performance .
3. X and Z axis servo motors are directly connected with precision ball screws through flexible couplings with high precision, and the two ends of the screws are fixed, The reinforced bearing support seat and the ball screw are pre-stretched to ensure the rigidity of the transmission and the dimensional stability of the cooling and heating machine.       
4. automatic centralized lubrication system to lubricate the screw, guideway and other moving parts through the set oiling interval and oiling duration to ensure the accuracy and easy service of the machine .
