  1. &bsp; Geeral requirements and installation and commissioning&bsp;              
1.Foundation construction
(1) Solid, stable, vibration-proof foundation for machine accuracy basis.
(2) Foundation construction, installation place as far as possible away from the source of vibration, such as unavoidable, side should be excavated around the machine tool ground vibration-proof ditch to reduce vibration. To avoid installation in the temperature changes in drastic, direct sunlight, dusty places. Typical foundations are made of 20.68 Mpa (3000 psi) or stronger cement, appropriate pebbles, and a solid foundation.
Typical foundations are constructed of 20.68 MPa (3000 psi) or greater strength cement, properly graded pebbles, and compacted concrete 800 mm or greater in thickness (depending on the model, see the foundation plan for details), with 50 mm of Styrofoam placed around the foundation to provide sound, heat, and vibration absorption. Constructed according to the size of the machine's relevant anchor bolts. (For details, see the attached foundation plan).
(3) If the geology of the installation location of the machine does not have the required stability and strength, please ask a local civil engineering expert for assistance before proceeding with the foundation according to the foundation plan.
(4) Horizontal machining center foundation is generally welded, please cooperate with the customer to complete the foundation in advance. Reinforcing steel structure of foundation:
1) Reinforcing steel is erected from the foundation bolt box outwards.
2) The depth of the foundation varies from 800 to 1200 (depending on the local environment and civil engineering technician's judgment, please refer to the foundation plan for details), and 3 rows of reinforcement bars are erected, with an interval of 300mm between the two rows.
3) The diameter of rebar is about Φ12mm.
4) Pebbles were laid below and around the foundation to prevent the foundation from sliding and sinking due to soft soil.
5) Pave 50mm Polystyrene material around the foundation.
2.General requirements for machine tools
(1) Environmental requirements for equipment use
Maintaining a constant level of ambient temperature is essential for precision machining.
1) The usable ambient temperature should be 10ºC~40ºC, and the humidity should be 40~75% when the ambient temperature is 20ºC.
2) In order to keep the static accuracy of the machine within the specified range, the optimum ambient temperature should be 15ºC~25ºC, and the temperature difference should not exceed ±2ºC/24h.
(2) Power supply voltage: 3-phase, 380V, voltage fluctuation within ±10%, power supply frequency: 50HZ.
(3) If the use of regional voltage instability, the machine should be equipped with a regulated power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
(4) The machine should be reliable grounding: grounding wire for copper wire, wire diameter should not be less than 10mm2, grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms.
(5) In order to ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, the air source compressed air if it does not meet the requirements of the air source, should be in the machine tool into the air before the addition of a set of air purification devices (dehumidification, de-oiling, filtration).
(6) Equipment away from direct sunlight, vibration sources and heat sources, away from high-frequency motor, welding machine, etc., so as to avoid machine failure or loss of machine accuracy.
3.Installation and commissioning
  1. Please prefabricate reinforced concrete foundation, see attached foundation plan for details.
  2. Please ask the buyer to pre-install the three-phase 380V power supply.
